Dr. Victor Jean Ouellette is the PRLStore director.

Dr. Ouellette has been practising chiropractic in Ontario, Canada since 1973. He has a master of Science in Biology/Nutrition 1987, and is a certified member of the College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada) 1989. Dr. Ouellette has been practising acupuncture in addition to chiropractic and nutrition-therapy since 1984 and is certified for acupuncture treatments with the Acupuncture Council of Ontario. Dr. Ouellette uses several types of Cold Low LASER therapies in his clinics.

Dr. Ouellette now offers on line consultations. No longer do you have to drive to the clinic for instruction on pain relief or optimal health secrets. You can register at the Register link then select the free consultation option, or you can send us a comment at the Comments link.
