It appears that new research out of the prestigious McMaster University in Ontario, is showing that
nutrition supplements can prolong life and keep a person biologically younger than traditionally
thought. While analysing this data it appears the Pain Relief Diet is on the right track
when looking at a healthy diet. The Pain Relief Diet is designed to help reduce pain, but it is a
